In addition to web development and custom software programming, ICS also provides onsite IT services to the south central Tennessee and northern Alabama. We understand the computers and networks have become a necessary part of doing business, but that maintaining this technology can distract you from doing that business. Our goal is to provide you with the benefits of a full-time IT department at a fraction of the cost.

ICS was founded in 1996 in Albuquerque, New Mexico by Ron Hackett and his wife Debi. The business was profitable and successful for four years before the United States Air Force moved Ron and Debi to Huntsville, Alabama. ICS was dormant during this time. Ron retired from the U. S. Air Force in 2002 and continued to provide IT support for both large and small Department of Defense contractors until 2011.

While he was busy developing web technologies and providing IT support for the Government, Ron was also building websites for family and the professional organizations he supported. Then in 2011 he decided to re-charter ICS and begin providing web development and custom software programming as a full time business. After 30 years of working in the Government business sector, Ron is ready to start working in the local business sector.
